You don't need me to tell you Leyland Cypress or English Laurel, or whatever pompously-named shrub variety is hottest at the nursery right now in your hardiness zone. 

In other words, if you’re think today’s overall homebuying conditions are sustainable (I’ll bet you sell real estate), you’d argue the top of the rankings are simply the nation’s “hottest” markets.

Hello all, first time home buyer here and recently went under contract on a single family in one of the hottest markets / areas in the country.  

Hi Kaya, no doubt that Austin is one of the hottest areas in the country right now.

That said, I'd love to see someone do a thorough fact/data based analysis of what @Nina Hayden mentioned which is what I have anecdotally observed as well; days on market and price reductions picking up even in the hottest markets like Austin. 

Northeast Philly is one of the hottest areas in the city, a good investment property in this pocket only comes around maybe once a month if that, so given the chance my investors had to jump on it.

If you are questioning if an agent is lying about multiple offers in the hottest market in years across the country, you probably should wait until the market cools down.

Not exactly the hottest time to find a tenant.

I operate in Blue Ridge and Forsyth/Fulton area which are two of the hottest markets in GA.
