Does the Agent push me to make offer?
I see there's a duplex on the Redfin that has just listed in the market 20hrs ago, I'm very interested in it and I contacted the agent and she got back to me and said "I see the home you want to make an offer on has multiple offers already. There is an offer deadline of highest and best due by noon tomorrow. Let me know if you have any questions or want to make an offer. Thank you!"
My question is what she said is true? the house has only put up 20 hrs ago and there's multiple offers already? is she trying to push me to make offer? and the deadline is due before tomorrow noon but this's the July 4th holiday weekend?
Should I follow her advise and make offer before tomorrow noon?
Any comment on this is appreciate!

Probably. You could certainly contact the selling realtor and see if they have any offers. “I’m interested in looking at your property next week, have you received any offers or do I have time?”
Seems weird the realtor would make up a specific deadline so it’s probably real. But you don’t know them. Trust but verify per Reagan.
Don’t forget. You’re not committed to buying just because you put in an offer. Make an offer with numbers you can support. You’ll either get a “they went with another offer” or you got the place. You’ll still have inspection outs.
The realtor may be short with you as they think there’s very little chance you’ll be able to make an offer in time to make the deadline.
