Many people believe that you're better off to take that $3k, spend $100 on books, $100 on meals with mentors, and invest the rest.There is so much free information available in books and on this entire platform.

When I want to make a meal, I put about a 1:1 ratio of each in a soup pot, with a healthy dose of the black bean liquid in there.

Spending quality time with my girlfriend, cooking meals from scratch, watching a ton of movies.

Stop or reduce meals out (again, easier these days). 

@Justin JonesHi Justin,I do not recall how much it would be for two, that was a long time ago lol.....however my grocery bill for a family of 5 (my kids are all under 8 but they eat like teenagers), is regularly $500-600 a month. 85% or greater of our meals is home cooked.

I wouldn't expect to see cities cut real estate or personal property taxes as most of them are cutting budgets to keep essential services going as sales and meals tax collections have been all but wiped out at this point.

This also includes my LLC origination fee, tax prep fees, meal expenses, etc. 

This guy even had ups sending in frozen meals so he did not have to go to the grocery store. 

So, what I did was to have a ham delivered to each of our tenets with a little note to let them know we care and hope they can have an enjoyable meal.

Second, a great way to get your frustrations out, is to chase a little white ball around a beautiful outdoor setting...and capp it off with a good meal, great conversation, and a couple of beers.
