So I'd suggest that you put some weight on and grow out some facial and/or body hair.

We charge a pet fee to cover any damages from odor, hair, stains, etc.

I just closed on a SFH in our market (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) from the MOST random lead...my husband's hair stylist.

Don't make threats that aren't legally valid, don't get into arguments where they try to split legal hairs, and above all don't let them bait you.

The big hair on it is that the rent roll shows an outside company own about half the trailers.

The 'clearance' above the ceiling is full of 1960's era powdered insulation so good luck pulling wire.They are using my tile guy & he is tearing out what's left of his hair trying to get work done & he's been there 3 weeks.

I'm not one to split hairs over a couple of hundred of dollars, but this amount seems high, but I also don't know if this is the cost of doing business for a loan amount as low as mine as not all lenders can/will lend at my mortgage amount (or so I'm told).
