He said he pays a service call fee (like $70) when an appliance or something fails and the warranty replaces it for free (just having to pay the service charge of $70).My concern with this was what happens when the roof (for example) just wears out (not damaged by hail...or something else that would be covered by insurance or warranty).

She's just thrown the ultimate Hail Mary pass in her latest attempt to drag my friend through the muck, and we're all genuinely worried about how this will play out, whether she'll get an extremely sympathetic judge who will ignore all evidence and reason and find for her based purely on gender stereotypes.

They are more expensive but if like us you have made claims due to tenants setting the kitchen on fire, causing a flood and then throw in the crazy tornado/hail storms in Oklahoma you won't be able to get Insurance with standard carriers.

I never wanted to be in sales as I always thought it was a grimey gluttonous position, but this type of sales is to help YOU and fight the insurance company.If you are in the Tulsa or surrounding areas looking at homes to buy, my teammate and I would love to come out and do a FREE inspection of the roof and gutters to see if there is enough hail and wind damage to have the insurance total it out.
