New Roof — The insurance may cover it! (Oklahoma)

First I would like to introduce myself: My name is Haley and I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ever since I was young I’ve dreamed of making crappy homes into something beautiful. Unfortunately I’ve always had to work a lot, with little savings that would have to go to other problems and deplete quickly. Recently, I found a home that I wanted to buy, reside, and flip, but the listing agent was shady and started bidding it off without contacting me. This honestly broke my heart, but it also motivated me. I decided to take on another job, that would help me not only increase my income, but show me more houses around the city and give me the opportunity to meet other home owners and hopefully local flippers. I joined a small company called Integrity Construction and Roofing. We do sales based on home owners insurance. I am hoping to use this bigger pockets forum to increase my pockets and to keep yours full. I never wanted to be in sales as I always thought it was a grimey gluttonous position, but this type of sales is to help YOU and fight the insurance company. If you are in the Tulsa or surrounding areas looking at homes to buy, my teammate and I would love to come out and do a FREE inspection of the roof and gutters to see if there is enough hail and wind damage to have the insurance total it out. This is *almost* free in the end. The current home owner with is technically responsible for the roof and if they have a full coverage insurance on the home, it would be replaced at no cost to you, and only the cost of the deductible for the insurance holder. You could even work it out to cover the cost of an upgrade to a high impact shingle and save 20-30% a month on the insurance you will be getting on the home. Please reply here with any questions and if you would like me to contact you to set up an appointment!
