Looking to get ideas from the BP community on some new ammenity ideas for multi family properties, real out of the box stuff, not the run of the mill stuff like pool, gym, secure parking ......Would love to hear success and fails equally-Currently, I implement a plethora of varying ammenities at the multi family communities: pet park, EV station, bike station, vending, on-site laundry, rentable garden space, digital locks, USB Outlets, community lounge/entertainment area, on-site porter service, 24/7 maintenance, wifi, digital thermostat, UBER Home......

The guy with a dry cleaner, a restaurant or two, lawyers, a gym owner, or anyone with a business servicing a casino.

He is a maintenance guy for a chain of gyms, and all gyms have been ordered shut down.The other property has rent paid until the 14th of April from a tenant who had to break the lease early, with a new tenant moving in the 15th.

Gyms are forced to close, voting today was postponed to June.My sister lives in Santa Cruz, CA, and got a notice yesterday that basically any non-essential travel is banned.
