Handle Legalities:Make sure you have all the permits required for the task you intend to perform.

You can have as many DSCR loans as you like as long as you meet the requirements for the product, there is no ceiling to your growth.

There are still some great markets for this type of growth.

I'm not as familiar with Cincinnati, but I have seen many headlines about the city's growth. 

It has greatly lagged Huntsville and Madison in growth and appreciation, and should not be viewed as having the same growth potential whatsoever. 

I do know managing more than 1 property is a tall task unless that is pretty much your job.
