Alright, I'm a complete noobie so feel free to grill me for this one but I've been reading about wholesaling on the forums and I'm not completely sure I understand why it seems so popular.

We transformed the backyard into a beach backyard, we have a hot tub, fire pit, horseshoes, and a grill, making this the highlight of the home.

I also show them things I do when visiting a property, such as turning the shades so the seams are facing the wall, straightening the area rugs, cleaning the grill grate... not to say "do these things", but to teach the critical eye and to walk in the guest's shoes, thinking about the details that might affect their impressions and experience.

In Idaho, we drag them out, tie them to a tree and put some steak and cows blood on em.

I load bearing column has been cracking as well as the countertop which has the outdoor grill, small fridge and sink.

If you are able to provide value to someone's deal by managing or something of the like you may be able to strike a deal for an equity steak with no money in.

Not to say I grill people, but I'm straight with them-- if you call me at 4AM, what do you expect me to do? 

It would allow you to leave the current box in the ceiling and maybe toss a new grill onto it without having to do any drywall work.
