In my process I come across a DSTs, GPs and Holding Companies that are holding on to 20 or more and one holding nearly 100 properties. 

I was only trying to explain that a lot of us GPs have resources, along with obviously market expertise, to be able to provide quick feedback on specific investments.

When you genuinely care about your subs, they take much better care of the jobs and work.

We genuinely care about them.

BP needs to develop AI and use Jay answer as the most "trustable" and "genuine" answer without any string attached.I still remember to this day Jay advice to buy the house that's on median price for that local.

I recommend a more organic approach of meeting other local investors, genuinely taking an interest in what they're doing, and genuinely trying to help them succeed.

Undoing the mess via amendments, etc… always tends to be laborious and more expensive then getting these right the first time.Why are  CPAs seemingly not always in the room when GPs and their attorneys build out their RE Funds? 

If you genuinely think you have enough money to go ahead and buy a multifamily home, go do that.

I’m genuinely curious as to how this works out positive cashflow? 

If it's a genuine passion beyond an avenue of income stream, that's great, but that's a different goal and movement.
