After a fair deal of digging around, I've narrowed my search primarily to Hurst, Watauga, Bedford, McKinney, and Garland.

That is La Jolla Dr in Garland, TX.

We have been looking in SE Plano, Garland, and Richardson areas but it's very hard to find properties that meet the 1% (let alone the 2%) rule.
