. - The framework of the site is provided by InvestorCarrot (http://oncarrot.com)...We've spent significant time customizing it though.FYI, to properly tag people in a post, type the '@' symbol, then start typing their name and when the tooltip with a list of possible BP members shows up, click the name of the person you want to tag.

Be sure to work out a general framework with your partner on how important issues should be considered which you can provide to the lawyer so important considerations aren't overlooked or assumed.Should you decide that separate LLC's are preferable you can always buy individual properties in a property specific LLC or with a Tenants In Common title splitting the ownership interest of each LLC on title.

I am also trying to determine the best days and times to hold the meetings - many meetings I have seen held at night don't have as much participation cause members prefer to stay home with family in the evening -  except maybe on a Friday night - so looking for ideas of what time frame works best - typically , I prefer to have a lunch meeting so everyone is already  out and about , and it doesn't interfere with family time and typically have larger turn outs.

I'd check the legality of what you are trying to do.Import.IO is very unflexible but works great for quick scrapes on smaller websites.You will have to use something like Java along with a web automation framework like selinium.
