Flying out to KC, Indy and Memphis in July.

Other than that, i would plan on flying out to inspect properties.

I am actually planning to fly out there on Monday to check it out and do some good research. 

As I do not trust things remotely, I will fly to london and meet the guys face to face.

How often did you fly in to do something in person yourself?

And remember I have joined the ranks of the furloughed or retired pilots.. 40 years flying around in those little bug smashers I figured i temped fate just about enough and am fine with all the fond memories.I did truly love flying into Pangborn though and the airport at Chelan that one is a little tricky.. 

But doing this on a improved property in Charleston area from 300 to  3mil probably not going to fly.. so if that is the case that only the lawyers prep the deeds and they wont close these then wholesaling is dead in SC ???

Those other assets you mentioned, and include them as profit, are only profit when they become tangible.Your plane example doesn't fly.
