We're on our second one and I can't express how different our stress level is with the new one.

Looking back, I know that I was scammed.The Process Goes something like the following:- You email expressing interest to enter the glorious world of commercial real estate.- Some guy calls (Peter Harris Sales Rep) to assess weather you are naive enough to pay 10K with ZERO information to support the educational claims.- I asked for references.  

That house was recently purchased by an investor who expressed interest in buying this house.

Echoing some of the sentiment expressed from other investors, I get irritated with agents who don't listen to what I am looking for and simply set up auto lists of houses that don't meet my criteria.

Often what I've found over the years is if a relationship exists with the owner and the tenants that they will express a lack of communication to the owner anytime something doesn't go their way.
