I definitely need a better flash ^^)(Ben preparing the beer / soju combinations - known as "Poktanju", which basically means 'explosion'.

One part of me  wants to give people a chance, but the other part of me can only imagine the worst, and foresee other tenants moving out after finding out their neighbor previously served time for stealing an airplane while assaulting people with explosives and stolen guns.

WOW, Just wanted to ask what I thougt was a simple non explosive question.

Even larger beach towns like Ocean City, MD have seen new lodging and condominium starts slow.The explosion in hotel capacity and visits to NYC, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Miami indicates to me that these urban areas may not only be stealing population from exurban and rural areas but also be a serious threat to some of the small town vacation destinations throughout the country. 

Sometimes it lights, sometimes I throw matches at it with the gas on until there is a large "woosh" sound and a small explosion, but it lights.

Last year saw an explosion of new RV travelers and parks have seen great growth, most of which is expected to remain into 2021 and beyond.

I'd love to learn more about that market as it seems to be exploding - to date I've been focused on the southeast but seems like that areas is getting too explosive to ignore. 

I gone through experiences with my parents, who lived in the property in NYC since 1948 as renters, then purchased it in 1963 for $25K, and due to the explosive growth of real estate prices here had been constantly contacted since the 1980's when the property was worth $250K.

The last five years have definitely featured some explosive moves up in those real estate markets that were already high value. 

I am just getting started in researching self storage, but I wanted to know if there are any safeguards a self storage owner/operator can have to protect them in case a tenant stores anything illegal in their storage unit (explosives, drugs, dead bodies, etc.).
