What about other aspects such as desirability from location on the street, how appealing the entrance or display window is, restaurant vs office space, etc?

I know entrance into the Property Management industry is not something that should be taken lightly, but I plan on treating all properties strictly as business and this part of the puzzle huge for my overall vision. 

It's our home, we live here.While the upstairs has an additional entrance, it is not separate.

I am contemplating selling it, but there is an 1100 SF shop (garage) attached with a MIL apt above it (approx 950SF with kitchen, full bath and 3 other rooms) that has a separate entrance.

Hopefully something we can live in for a couple years and then turn into a rentalSingle family home w/ 2 bedrooms and over 1000+ sq/ft so we can add a 3rd bedroom to increase valueSingle family home w/ unfinished basement and separate entrance - we'd consider finishing the basement to create a downstairs apartmentAny takers?!

Either we blow the deal over a FIFTH entrance to the home or we just appease them?

I'd continue to read the amazing content here on BP but also recommend to attend local REIA's to meet investors; they typically waive the entrance fee your first time around.

The house I bougth is in the main entrance of the area (in the corner).

Just keep in mind you will also need several kitchens and entrances for each unit and that can get pricey !
