A DSCR loan only removes the income piece and adds a slightly higher rate and prepayment penalty.

The calculator that we use can factor in what the effect would be if you earned less.

My understanding is that it adds people/entities to the chain but does not remove anyone.

If the animal is a nuisance or causing damage, you can have it removed.

One thing though is that there are requirements coming into effect soon where wholesalers will need to get their license in PA for any properties that they wholesale, so you might want to look into that before it becomes official!
