At this point, many quit, give up and move on to something else, not not being a specialized expert and just an average "drone" because they got ground to a nub working for free so much.

Now as for seeing the property- that's where we've gotten creative (we knew people in NY that were doing drone showings at the height of COVID outbreak) but really, at minimum having a virtual tour in agent (or wholesaler if you're working with one) taken pics /videos can help (above/diff from MLS pics/videos- different POV).

Yes, a VA can go and block manually but c’mon, we can fly a drone above Mars and we can’t stop double bookings?

I want to set small achievable goals instead of the “I want to be rich and retire and not have to lift a pinky” once I have this initial goal achieved I will be able to quit my job which involves me being deployed 6 months out of the year as a drone mechanic.
