I have long been fascinated with everything real estate and since moving to Texas, I’ve been fortunate enough to make a living as an interior decorator and administrative professional for commercial and residential real estate firms.

Does anyone have decoration ideas?

Also, I bought mine furnished and depending on where yours is located and what sort of demographic you want booking it (budget conscious, luxury, local emphasis, etc.) will have a huge impact on how you much you should plan to spend on furnishings and decor. 

Calif Civil Code 1954 states "Landlord my enter dwelling to make necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations, or improvements..."

We do a good job of decorating and staging our home so that would continue.
