If i can get a directory or a list of private lenders websites for both borrowers and investors.

I have read about private lenders here on Biggerpockets, and even researched the lenders on the directory it seems the ones that deal with the location I am interested in (GA) only finance fix and flips.

One of the vouchers is for local directories.

I think adding a filter to the Real Estate Companies Directory would make finding a specific company much easier than just searching alphabetically.

There are a few private directories that will let you send a generic app to different lenders at once.If not under at least a verbal contract then not sure what you're looking for.

Not personally, but the best source for what you seek would be your local REIA... you can find them on the global directory at nationalreia dot org.

I don't like repeating myself, folks can do a little searching and reading on topics they are interested in.Not many RE companies act like Verizon or AT&T.Funny, my son started another business, his phone had a directory;1 for customer service2 for shipping3 for accounting4 accounts payable5 production tracking 6 EmergenciesAll those numbers just went to he or his wife at first.....LOLNow, those departments are there and staffed.
