I joined the other day, and pretty much instantly signed up to be Pro because, hey, $15 a month is something I'd multiply by 10 if I knew that my education were getting advanced by reading, if my colleague pool were growing due to spending time and energy cultivating it, and if my chances of say, getting a property here locally under contract and then shopping around for an investor interested in moderate return, were increased.

With my main use of my license being to broker my own deals I haven't had a need to really cultivate a client list or create lead generators.This is way when I look to expand I'll look for agents that are strong on their own and won't necessarily be looking to me for leads.

Its only me right now and I live in an area where you must pull probate leads from the courthouse (divorce leads too)...so lists are my biggest and fastest way to go however I tend to beleive the harder stuff (like probates) will yield better responses b/c its grueling work to retrieve and cultivate a list...but honestly I need more, faster and I would love some advice on what to do next.
