Hello all,In Unit hookups or Shared Laundry coin type in basement.I currently have a 3 family in Jackson Heights NY with shared cold water.

I am the other side of the coin and could manage to qualify but need to bring 20% cash to the table and have entertained a hard money lender on a 1 year term before refinancing and paying out the lender. 

if you get it under contract,do you have to find a title co in that state?

I personally would try to use it for the next purchase if you are comfortable with that decision.Look at all sides of the coin.
