Crickets???

So when I bought my first duplex in Fishtown end of September 22, the deal worked well with the true property tax based on the houses value but the house was assessed right before I purchased it and was overpriced (had the house value at $500k when it’s more around $391k) I hired a company suggested by my realtor to help me submit the appeal right before the deadline and it’s been crickets ever since.

Crickets.  

When I ask for details about their operation and if they can email me instead of calling/texting I get crickets 😑

You bought a house with an older roof, and missing shingles and now find it leaks.Roofers are telling you it is at it's end of service life.When you are given replacement prices ask if Roof Crickets are needed/included in the bid.You can look them up on youtube...

I have ran into a searched topic, I read on, and it is great feedback, I comment, then I realize holy crap, this post and the comments are 8 years old, feels like I visited a graveyard and in return my comment would hear crickets.

Pure luck because when I mailed that same group a second time I heard crickets.

Per lease "Tenant is responsible, after the first thirty (30) days of occupancy, for general control and elimination of household pests including, but not limited to, fleas, ticks, roaches, silverfish, ants, cricket and rodents".

Sounds like crickets so far.Has anyone done a successful wholesale deal in the last 12 months in Hawaii?

My offer on Wednesday was $476,500 and crickets so far.
