Best markets for new investors
I'm a new investor looking for first BRRR deal and wanted to know your thoughts on best cities for properties under $100k . looking for cities with good population growth, cap rates, rent levels..Any thoughts would be appreciated. Looking for all cash deals and or hard money. Located in Northeast but open to all markets.
Thanks!
