They didn't make a counter offer.  

(offer/counter-offer)-The terms of the contract were all completely in their favor.My conclusion is that they are a legitimate site.  

If the pictures are confusing, we will still know what we were willing to pay.I have an assistant that does most of the analysis these days and we write offers from there, I go take a look at only the properties when we get a counter offer that looks promising, or if we can offer list or better. 

Well I did hear back just about an hour ago, and received a counter offer.

How would you respond to the counter offer showing what was offered was fair?

Working on submitting a counter-offer on a potential short term Buy/Hold, which i expect to Flip within 2yrs.The property is offered at $105K, down $10K under market price.

After much back and forth, the agents cutting their commission, one agent paying for a washing machine out of pocket, three rejected counter-offers.... we ended up at $603k.

If you disclose that you might have room to increase your offer by $5K you may, coincidentally, see a counter offer for $5K more.
