Your problem with that property is neighborhood, not size--- that's right around the corner from Joy Park Homes.

That lasted through Q3-ish 2022, rates shot up, waited to see what would happen, prices never came down (at least in our corner of suburban Houston). 

Detroit has turned a corner and a lot of folks are starting to wake up to it.Still early innings though.

Don't get me wrong, I value the learning, I'm not looking to cut corners...I just want direct apply to real world strategy with no upselling involved.

Sure got their attention.Your  agent should be in your corner so push for information - - tell'm "I'm paying you to keep me informed".In the end, there's  just no way to see/find such information.

It only takes 30 secs of my day but yields important numbers.Example; I just checked a pending property around the corner from our rental because the size and bed/bath count is the same.

But most of the people I personally know running these syndications...I wouldnt trust them to run a corner store.
