@Kevin Connauton most PMCs won't touch this type of renting due to all the additional headaches and liability.We second contacting PadSplit.

I contacted Citizens  first, told them I purchased property at a tax sale and I had a deed giving me rights of ownership for the home If the customers defaulted they had the option of starting foreclosure proceedings their customers passed away 2 years ago so no payments were made.  

Also, we are looking to buy 3 to 4 properties in San Antonio right now so please keep my contact info.

If you ABSOLUTELY want to do it, just spend a few satoshis and find the contacts for a private lender that will do the deal.

The best strategy I seem to have deployed so far was to contact all my current tenants and let them know I’d give them a cash referral fee of $250 for anyone they recommend to me that goes through the vetting process and successfully moves in.

I am sure the STR  platforms have probably been contacted by the authorities
