I could probably go on and on, but you get the point.I just think it's important for both people to have skills that complement each other rather than just adding to what each one has. 

Try to always have curb appeal.Decide on 1 or 2 types of real estate that complement each other and focus on them. 

One camp says that the wall and floor tiles should complement each other but should not match because matching floor and wall tiles make a room feel smaller and more closed up.
