My current insurance agent only deal with residential insurance companies.

I usually use a RE agent for sales, but I'm not sure how to pick one. 

We agreed but only after they covered cleaning costs and left the property in move-in-ready condition.

I’m glad you were able to move on without signing, shows the agent understands/is a good guy/gal, or knows other firms wouldn’t require such a signature.
