Hi Brett - local PM here - we have a few development projects, small multifamily and tonwhouses that we are gearing up for sale in the next 6 months.

The transaction netted near $1m but he had a 50% partner (not me, his sister) so he netted half (land transaction on large scale ADU development - https://www.cbs8.com/article/news/local/working-for-you/new-...). 

Looking for downsides from people that have used it The software that I used, perhaps more advanced three years after your AI development, because we can see the actual Investor Intellegence including more private transaction data and photo.

I'd keep an eye out for future development and path of progress plays.

you have to learn land entitlement. we identified a site today for hotel development that was an 18000 sq ft lot.
