Whatever channels are used to put him in touch with new investors need to be bombarded with complaints, the situation is bad enough without new people having access to his nasty operation internet pod casts and one or two BP pod casts.. to be fair BP does not vette their pod cast guests..

Hello, I am new to real estate investing, been doing a lot reading and watching video's and pod casts. 

I had been financing him for years. ( he is now one of the top Guru's in the country).but he had been turned on to the market and liked it.. and since I knew the borrower so well I did the deals for himnow he had a tough time on the rehab.. what happened to him is what I have been warning folks about on other threads this latest pod cast and book about remote rehab is so dangerous to the begineer.. this guy was anything but.. however my position was so low in the deals I made my money he lost 20 to 50k a house.. contractors ripping him off  thefts time it was a nightmare for him to try to do it from CA> but don't feel bad for him he makes 1 million a month or better right now being a Guru  LOL..

My goal is to make being an agent my full-time job because it does cast me money and efficiency but I feel safer having some income and working my *** off than going head first in a tough market.

I guess I missed the pod cast boat.. had no clue people even watched those things since I personally don't and never have not even my own..

I’ve read books on it, listen to pod casts and watched you tube videos to better understand.

So many signs placed across the city and I was shocked by the recall I had of certain politician's names when it came time for me to cast my votes!

Finding good properties is all about casting a wide net in the right places. 

I'm barley starting out and just listening to the big pockets pod cast and I'm getting very inspired on getting my license for future references. please if anyone with good advice can help me I'll truly appreciate it .
