Hello, I'm a new member and looking for a "foreclosure data capture temple" mentioned in the Bigger Pockets videos, any help in finding this would be appreciated. 

No different than cooking your own dinner or paying for the convenience of having a Chef at the restaurant cook it.

Probably not the cheapest anymore but I've always had an easy time creating sites with them and never have an issue with their customer support when needed.My current capture page was made with them.

But IO then re-fi, you just paid interest and captured very little equity. 

I have another one with additional columns for down payment, rehab, invested, arv so you can also capture your total equity.

And no PPP on the 2 new ones we just got, hoping to capture lower interest rates in the near future and will refi.

As property manager we have the right and the physical and electronic safety guards to capture their SS number if they have one (this required an on site visit to our office to verify that each computer was password protected, that we had locking file cabinets etc).

So if you buy in the right community and have a home that offers an experience that the kids and parents will creat memories, there are plenty of opportunities for you to capture business. 

From my observations most of these “Gurus” only have portfolios of C/D located single family homes to show for their years of work and for the life of me I don’t understand why they capture an audience.  

Would you open a restaurant Just with a good chef?
