I have a multi family across the street from a bar; fully-occupied with great renters and dealing with a bar (empty bottles, loud drunks from time to time) is likely more of a headache than a storage facility.

I guess I should be grateful mine just threw cigarette butts and the occasional beer bottle.

I would love to know what the 'Miracle Morning' solution is to being woken up almost nightly in the middle of the night for either bottle feedings, or nebulizer treatments.  

I don't trust water coming from the faucet, I want them filtered at minimum or bottled at most times.

Grab my free bottle of water and cookies and I'm out.
