Looking for advice on a creative finance deal in Round Rock.

My other concern is they are supposed to be building another round of these and they can't fill the ones on my street. 

Look for areas that are going to generate a lot of visits year round.

Appreciation is not a bonus or luck, it is literally the number one wealth-generating force in real estate.

She really is a wholesaler using their services and they give a bonus in the form of skip traced leads to their current clients for referrals.

Keep in mind, no matter how many round trips you do with entitlements you will always face some degree of adversity because there are so many variables, many of which are unknown until you start your process.
