Wholesaling is a great way to get started but requires a lot of expertise in property analysis and I live in San Diego where we have a plethora of investors driving good deals into a Bare bones situation.

The property has a great layout, curb appeal and the bones are in great shape. 

Usually you want to leave some meat on the bone.

Most buyers won't mind you making a large profit if there is still meat on the bone.

These companies need to make a profit too, and so there's just not going to be enough fat left on the bone.

As long as it isn't dirty, uncomfortable, or too bare-bones, you shouldn't have any problem with reviews.Check in with the renters the day after they check in.

Again, trying to set aside personal opinions/beliefs nobody with even a semi-objective bone in the body would deny the benefits medicinally but more importantly there inst a state in our union that wouldn't welcome $200,000,000.00 a year in additional tax revenue (see Colorado 2016); total tax revenue from marijuana is expected to top $1B by 2020 in CO.

The contractor (whom has great references and works with investors in the area and is an investor himself) said that the house has great bones and structure.
