As long as you are making a truthful post describing an interaction or transaction without editorializing or attacking the member, you can post a review of your experience even if it's a moderator, podcast host, site blogger, guru, etc.

However; the feedback that the blogger gets will probably in and of itself make him reconsider his tactics.

For example, reach out to the popular local DIY blogger, local news site, or other region specific content and see if they would do a piece on your new business and link to your region specific pages. 

Every reputable financial advisor/blogger has recommended term over whole life and described whole life as being a high fee "investment."
