I found one who's strategies made sense, 10 years later my wife and I have been financial free for about 5 years now by leveraging the concept of house hacking. 

I can't really house hack, as I have a wife and two kids.

Thats kind of the beauty of thes exchanges.. you get to reposition your capital, ideally in a property that ticks more of the boxes you need.Now, thinking about older buildings.. some folks underestimate how well older properties can hold up if they’re in a good location.

My wife and I bought 11 acres on the river in West Texas for $18,500.

To clarify, I have been studying real estate for several years, but have been otherwise engaged in operating  other businesses that my wife and I both own, both as CFO and CEO roles.

After I cut he and his now wife loose I sold the property for more money 30 days later after we they made fake jim.bakker promises for 45 days. 

Thankfully, my wife is still working, and we have a few months’ worth of emergency funds to cover our expenses.

JUST HERE TO GIVE A QUICK RECAP OF MY 2024 SO I CAN SOMEDAY LOOK BACK AND LAUGH HOW THIS YEAR WAS A NIGHTMARE AND PRODUCTIVE ALL IN ONE LOL FUNNY ENOUGH THE YEAR STARTED ON A GREAT NOTE I WAS ABLE TO GET INTO MY FIRST FIX & FLIP  DEAL  WITH MY WIFE!!

Wife and I just signed up for a tournament actually, should be pretty fun.
