I would say it's worth a shot, especially if you already have tenants in place and are happy with the services so far.

If you're open to furnishing and giving mid or short term renting a shot, that makes it easier to get a property to pencil in year 1.

Depending on the tenant, you might have a shot at collection but it my experience it is normally a waste of time.
