I love the attitude, it's awesome!

It was as if the company took the attitude of, if you didn't understand your liability, that's your fault, not ours.  

The cost and effort is minimal and places a significant restraint on them  that will impede their lives in the future.Throwing up your hands and adopting a defeatist attitude is why there so many tenants out there   taking advantage of landlords.

Hello @Libby Wolfe, what a positive attitude you have, I have heard lot of people in BP podcast say they were fortunate enough to lose their job!!!

Well, let me tell you that's a dangerous attitude for those of you that haven't gone there yet.

I don't think age was a key factor for us, but I'm grateful that we shifted our thinking and strategy while we have time to really benefit from the fruits of cash flow and long term appreciation, but I think attitude and financial savvyiness (sp?)

Buyer A came back with a higher offer, all cash, but I had already accepted B's office and I really didn't feel good about B, because of her attitude. 

As far as he's concerned - according to his attitude - whatever happens, happens.

These two together seem like a red flag, or is this a typical appropriate attitude for a seller to take? 

He told me no and he refuses to do it and that I had an attitude with him so he doesn't have to do anything.
