The first time I attended another attendee offered me an off-market deal. 

I went to a seminar (designed to siphon money from the attendees  I will admit... which I did not contribute to)... but I learned a lot of good information...and one of them was the motto, "Flip, Flip, Flip, Buy a Rental".  

I am attending as a paid attendee.   

At this year's event, you'll be able to chat with fellow attendees and sponsors individually or in small groups, and even have face-to-face video meetings right within the SECO20 event platform!

Ask questions, talk to presenters, hosts, and attendees.

They had to reduce the number of seats but I believe the three Stampede days went well with over 2,000 attendees per day and - surprise, surprise - no COVID outbreak.Despite low cases and data, we still weren't as open as South Dakota.

Some observations: We had several new attendees, but we were also missing some familiar faces.

I plan to attend more sales, and then approach one of the regular attendees and ask more questions.best of luck with your adventure!
