Other PMs may charge less and they can have every C- quad in Dayton; regardless of income, the aggravation just isn't worth it.One last thing to consider: property taxes are based upon the value of the property assessed by the county auditor - which may or may not be consistent with market value.

The further reality is if he is of the 1%, it would cost A lot more than $1100 in time, money and aggravation to get it removed I would first try to negotiate the $1100 down some with the seller and then pay and move forward
