That rental is adorable and I cannot understand why it is not rented. 

However, the anarchistic layouts  of the mutually adored older properties are major hurdles...Interesting, I will be MD licensed by the spring - perhaps I'll help liquidate a portfolio. 

As far as marketing the apartment for a new tenant, you can start to build up interest with a Craigslist ad or something that advertises no showings until a certain date.

Sometimes it comes from someone who was given your number, sometimes it's someone from a phone other than their cell, sometimes it's someone who saw your ad or bandit sign.I just say, "nice to hear from you, can you give me the address we're going to discuss so I can be sure I have the right one?"

Just my 2 cents-- coming from someone who allows pets inside, and got notified one time  that an adorable puppy died because the tenants  left him outside in the heat too long.   

@Tai Bhattad, everything current at ADOR will stay at ADOR until sold to investors like you or until the state comes up with a realistic strategy to auction them off in bulk.

On the other hand, I know that some of the people who took this course with me learned tons and adore it.Take everything with a grain of salt and know that sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.If you can talk to a few people who went through this Bootcamp that might help.Good luck!

If you post your listing we can get a gander at it and see if there are improvements to the wording of the ad or interior upgrades that make sense.

found an adorable 2 br 2 bth pool home in florida ,  I’m targeting to rent mid term or to retirees , but can do annual since the numbers work however there’s two newer homes going up with more bedrooms (but no pool) - wondering if that will help or harm my potential purchase as an asset hold or my rental potential goalsThanks !
