found an adorable 2 br 2 bth pool home in florida , I’m targeting to rent mid term or to retirees , but can do annual since the numbers work however there’s two newer homes going up with more bedrooms (but no pool) - wondering if that will help or harm my potential purchase as an asset hold or my rental potential goalsThanks !
