The management company would come after you for the damages since your are responsible for the lease This actually happened to my son i when he was undergrad at UNLV .He idecieded that he wanted to move foff campus after we cautioned him not to He signed a lease with a roommate then did not get along and he moved and found another roommate to take his place His name was still on the lease and he was stuck holding the bag for $3000 in damages after they moved out.

The Hillcrest property is far enough away that we do not expect any students (or undergrads at least) to live there (~1.3 miles away).

My wife and I are moving back (both did undergrads in the area about 5 years ago) from California, and I'm looking forward to exploring a market that I can actually afford.

I am about to finish my Undergrad career at Duke University.

I did my undergrad in Finance with a focus on Real Estate Development at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

I have a great credit score, no loans outstanding for school (paid for most of my undergrad myself) and I recently acquired an itch for multi-family investments.
