Within the Tahoe basin there are also coverage requirements and permitting from the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency.

America is a big place and development is just so highly regional thats the fun part or frustrating part depending on how you look at it.

In my local MLS (Mid Carolina Region MLS), wholesaling has left a bad taste in buyer/sellers minds, so the MLS is creating rules to basically prevent wholesaling. 

The great lakes region is considered a climate heaven. 

I'm interested in that region but know nothing of Penn Capital.

I have rights to 2 regions (NH and MA).
