In Washington some lenders will loan to the Marijuana growers and dispensaries...while Feds say NO GO....so they work their niche...Hard money lenders are NOT the same ....they each have a niche they like...they have a way of processing a deal....and it is only when you broker//refer deals to  many of them consistently do you understand and deal with all their quirkiness.So get the education free....on their dime and then put your own money out...Some will pull a tri-merge credit while others will include a criminal history and some will even screen in other creative ways.

In Washington State charted credit unions can fund marijuana dispensaries while Federally chartered banks still stay away from what the feds call "drug money laundering.Bill Gates will not need an appraisal on a rental purchase and pretty much find it easy to fund a 90% purchase.

HUD wants you to distinguish between someone who assaulted someone and someone who smokes a little bit of marijuana.

I'm curious if any military landlords have had any tenants asked about or tried using medical marijuana usage in the property.

Also a package of 5 marijuana seeds showed up in the mailbox. 

However, as I live in WA (and may rent in other states), how would I address medical marijuana?

I will tell him that we will raise rents to market after repairs and that we do not desire them as tenants due to the smoking (we no longer take smokers - even ones who indicate they will only smoke outdoors), the marijuana (legal in our state but prohibited on the lease due to my W2 occupation), starting the fire, how rough they are on the unit, etc. 

We lived at these apartments for more than a year With no problems or any complaints we got transferred to a new unit a month after we got transfer the office in the letter that they heard her complain about smoking marijuana we don’t do drugs can we get Evicted for this  reason The police have not been involved and there’s no evidence that we do any drugs is just a complaint
