Were they communicative up front?  

It was 20 years between the time I read Rich Dad and when I closed my first investment deal.

-I'm fairly careful with communication , but again, I know doing business online is way riskier, but I want to ask: Typically, I would trust someone who seems very in-depth, informative (gives statistics and numbers), and basically would give me thorough steps (including worst-case scenarios and what would best fit my situation)^^would people who have experience say that even with the above, some agents/lenders/PMs would still be sort of out to get your money and do a lousy job?

I totally understand the excitement learning and dreaming of becoming rich one day, and you are left to regret that you would have been on top, if you never did the investment. 

While Hunter does lead the zoom calls and is available for one-on-one communication on slack and Voxer, know that there are far too many members to get immediate attention from him.

Having been involved in various industries and businesses, I’m well aware of the pitfalls, and not falling for the “get rich quick” schemes like buying Section 8 housing using gimmicky software.
