Federal law prohibits discrimination etc. in regards for someone to judge against race, color, religion, handicap, familiar status, national origin, etc.. religion, social status.  

I'm a member of a particular religion, religion of never paying the mortgage.

He is a smooth talker who uses religion and his position as a "preacher" to slowly build trust with people prior to coming in for the kill.

Honestly race, religion, sexual orientation is completely taken out of the equation this way.  

Is it because she is (Insert religion here) and not (Insert religion of other tenant here)?

The 7 protected classes by the Fair Housing Act are: Race, Color, Religion, National origin, Sex,Disabilty and Familial Status.

Almost anywhere if you qualify for a zero rate ;-) (perhaps you should become a registered religion)

They might like you too much, you can't get rid of them.You have to deal with people who are going to automatically not like you, for whatever reason.People are going to stereotype your age, your gender, your race, your religion, your education, your sexual preferences, your home-town football team, your choice of socks.It's natural.
