SO, rehabbing for my handicap  son is in my very near future.

The management company has been handicapped by supply chain and travel disruptions, which primarily prevented European students from fulfilling their summer lifeguard and hospitality jobs, but vacation demand has been on pace to meet or exceed prior year levels (per the management company). 

If you get stuck with low, long term leases you are basically handicapped for a long time!  

We also do not have a designated handicap spot as there are no painted/drawn spots, it's just an empty concrete slab.

Only you can handicap them.

Anti discrimination laws generally require there be a legally protected class of people, ex handicapped, transgender, or by religion, gender or race.

If your home is not located in a Airbnb hotspot, you may be handicapped from the get-go.
