Most major metros can handle MTR only and STR only--- it's a strategy discussion.

I understand your hesitation with OOS investing - I also invest in Indianapolis metro area. 

Hey Mad,I run a property management company in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. 

It always comes down to neighborhood, but Dallas is still a major metro with lots of companies moving here.

Especially in a Metro market.
