I’ve been there, and I want to share insights that can save you from costly errors.During property tours, ask smart and relevant questions.

NACA is VERY slow, they did 2x appraisal and 2x inspection, asked to upgrade a bunch of stuff like random hand rails on 2nd floor stairs etc - marketing helped with digital floorplans, 3d tour > only held 1 open house and didnt receive that many offers.. surprising.

My advice would be to terminate and being an owner occupant you should receive tour earnest money back.  

Curbio would just need to do their standard vetting of the property and opportunity (e.g. virtual tour, data analysis, realtor input).Your question about simply paying Curbio, like any other GC, is a good one!

Let me tell you a story about a property tour that taught me some important lessons.
